Location

Well located near Porte Dauphine, just a few minutes away from the Champs Elysees.
Good public transportation connections near the apartment :

- RER C (station Avenue Foch) can take you rather quickly to the Eiffel Tower and the Quartier Latin, for example.

- Metro line 2 (station Porte Dauphine) : just 2 stations away from Charles De Gaulle Etoile where RER A line is crossing metro lines 1, 2 and 6 : those lines irrigate many parts of the city before joining again at Nation, on the east side of Paris.
From 2 avenue Carnot very near the Arc de triomphe, Air France bus line n°2 takes travelers to and from CDG airport

- Bus line PC1 is also stopping nearby.

Also, just in front of the apartment : a swimming pool, a gymnastics hall, tennis courts ... and the whole Bois de Boulogne for promenade or jogging.

- kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with integrated freezer, a washing machine, 2 electrical burners, a sink, ample cupboards one of them deep and spacious, rather to hang clothes; kitchenware and tableware in the other cupboard.
- shower room with modern equipment, a wash-basin and a toilet.

Service (backside) elevator to the 6th floor (apartment is on the 7th floor).

Availability - Rental conditions

Available for long term rental, minimum 6 months preferred.
(However short term sometimes possible at a higher rate)

Monthly long term rent : 700 euros including utilities.
Electricity, telecommunications, renter's insurance are additional costs

One time rental fee payable upfront :depends upon length of stay
Refundable safety deposit : 2 months of rent
